This is how Local 358 helped to build strong communities
CUPE 358 Helps Stuff The Truck
Local brothers and sisters partnered with Sun FM to help stuff the Truck!! Local residents of North Cowichan put out non-perishables food item and to CUPE local 358 volunteers with the much needed assistance of North Cowichian management team gathered lots of non-perishables along their collection routes during garbage days this week, plus a cheque donation for $500!!! Thank you so much to everyone who put out non-perishables, and for the local brothers and sisters that help us spread some holiday cheer.
Helping the Community

The local made a number of donations this past year to help support children and youth of the Cowichan Valley, get out and get active by either helping the community or by being able to engage in recreational activities. Some of these donations included North Cowichan Youth for Communities, Cowichan Branch Jump Start, Kids Sport, and Performing arts.
